3. Services Offered
Oils Wisdom offers the following categories of services:
3.1 Online Courses
Self-paced and structured educational programmes delivered through our course platform (EzyCourse). Each course listing specifies its content, duration, access period, and price. Course content β including video, audio, text, worksheets, and downloadable materials β is provided for personal educational use only.
3.2 Membership Programme
A subscription-based membership providing access to a growing library of content, live monthly sessions, community access, guided practices, and additional resources. Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at the time of purchase). Access to membership content is conditional on a current, active subscription.
3.3 Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions with the practitioner, delivered online via video call. Sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. Each session is conducted according to the scope of practice of an aromatherapy educator and aroma psychologist. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
3.4 Digital Content
Audio files (including guided meditations, subliminal programming recordings, and aromatic practice guides), video content, and downloadable educational materials available through the Website or membership area. All digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.5 Free Content
Blog articles, email content, social media content, and other publicly available educational materials. Free content is subject to the same intellectual property protections as paid content (see Section 7).
4. Purchases, Payments, and Pricing
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.2 Payment
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our appointed Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you authorise Paddle to charge the amount stated at checkout to your chosen payment method. We do not store any payment card details.
4.3 Taxes
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and other duties in the buyerβs jurisdiction. Prices displayed at checkout include all applicable taxes where required by law.
4.4 Membership Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder notification prior to annual renewals. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.
We reserve the right to change membership prices with at least 30 daysβ written notice to your registered email address. You will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
4.5 Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By placing an order through Paddle you are purchasing the Services from Paddle and you agree to be bound by Paddleβs Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 14-day window, including your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to Paddleβs processing timelines.
No refund will be issued if:
5.2 Membership Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to membership content until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Refunds are subject to Paddleβs processing timelines.
Annual memberships: if you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal charge and have not accessed the membership content during that renewal period, you may request a full refund of the renewal charge. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for annual membership fees.
5.3 Private Sessions
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled at your preference.
5.4 Digital Downloads and Audio/Video Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of standalone downloadable content (audio files, video files, PDF guides) are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5.5 How to Request a Refund
Refunds (where eligible under our policy) can be requested via your Paddle account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Paddle will process approved refunds to the original payment method.
5.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider for any purchase where you have received access to the Services. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] first and we will work to resolve it promptly. Any chargeback initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated costs.
6. Course Access and Enrolment
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course or content through your account on our platform. Course access periods are specified on each course listing. Where no access period is stated, "lifetime access" means access for as long as the course remains available on our platform. We will provide a minimum of 30 daysβ notice before retiring or removing any course. We reserve the right to update course content at any time; updates will not reduce the substantive value of the course.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the technical requirements to access course content, including a stable internet connection, compatible browser or device, and any software specified in the course description.
Course enrolment is for a single individual. You may not share your login credentials, transfer your enrolment to another person, or allow others to access your account.
